Bernardo LaPallo Is over 110 years old although many of us would think that he is 80 or even younger. He eats a lot of organic fruits and vegetables, he avoids certain foods like the plague and he regularly consumes 5 certain foods. As a result, he has never been sick a day in his life and that’s a secret passed down to him by his father (who was a doctor and lived to be 98 years old) which he believes is the key to his longevity. Bernardo puts it simply, “You are what you eat!”
