The photographer from Romania, Mihaela Noroc, resigned from her job and decided to travel around the world to immortalize the beauty of women.
She created the project, “The Atlas of Beauty“, in which we see women from all around the world.
Mihaela traveled to 60 countries and met many different women, which she photographed with a very beautiful look. As she says, the purpose of this work is to show the variety of humankind through women’s portraits.
“Now I can say that beauty is everywhere, and it is not a matter of cosmetics, or social status, but more to be yourself. Globalization makes us behave the same, but we all are beautiful because we are different. In the end, the beauty is something subjective as the viewer is always someone else. “, she said.
Mihaela also created a Facebook page where there are pictures of women that one encounters in the streets.
