Male masturbation has become a joke ever after in every Hollywood movies and comedy scenes. In a recent study, the results show that a daily masturbation or perfectly 21 times masturbating in a month can actually reduce a person from getting prostate cancer.
Harvard University conducted the study and the results noted that men who have 21 or more orgasms in a month could cut their odds by 33 percent.
For further study, a group of researchers surveyed 31,925 men by sending them a set of questions. They ask them how many times exactly they engage in self-love and the study team tracked them for 18 years and found that which men developed prostate cancer at that period. The result came out in three sets, the year before the study was done, at the mid-20s and at mid-40s.
So what is the conclusion of the study? – More the man masturbates more the chance of prostate cancer reduces.
Despite the study, it was not believable for other researchers to actually believe how masturbate can help one from not getting prostate cancer? The perfect answer came from Ian Kerner, Ph.D., a psychotherapist and sexuality counselor in New York City. According to him masturbate helps to flush out toxins and other harmful bacteria, which otherwise would have to get build up in the prostate.
He also points out that, “There isn’t a difference in whether the ejaculation happens via masturbation or with a partner”.
He also stated that, “Masturbation can also be a healthy distraction mechanism and a natural way of regulating anxiety.”
Masturbating for 21 times in a month is not only the way to get out from having prostate cancer. Dr. Kerner also suggests a plant-based dieting and having plenty of fish with Omega-3 fatty acids. And he also advised getting a regular physical prostate examination and also a proper routine exercise.
