It turns out, if you have sex every day, you are enjoying some pretty amazing health benefits by doing so.
There have been some interesting scientific studies done on the subject of having a healthy sex life. In every one of those studies which used healthy participants, it was found that people who have sex more than 3 times a week are healthier, younger looking, and even live longer than those who don’t.
Personally, I think having sex frequently makes you feel incredible. It elevates your mood, and benefits your mind and body. But my personal experience isn’t really classed as “scientific.” So let’s see what the experts say.

1) Sex drops your stress levels.
If you had a tense working day or you have anxiety over something, sex will allow you to relax and fight your stress. With sexual intercourse, dopamine, endorphins and oxytocin are produced: these hormons produce a feeling of happiness and increase desire.
2) Sex is a fun exercise.
If you feel lazy just hearing the word “exercise“, then sex may offer you a way more enjoyable way of working out. Intercouse makes our heart beat and breathing faster, allowing us to burn calories.

3) Sex enhances our immune system.
Researchers at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania came to the conclusion that students who have sex at least a couple of times per week have higher levels of some anitbodies, compared to those who don’t have sex. Sexual intercousrse releases antigens like immunoglobulin A, which can prevent the common cold or a flue.
4) Sex lowers the blood pressure.
Forms of physical contact, even a quicklie, can drop the levels of blood pressure. Researchers at the University of Paisley found that diastolic blood pressure is reduced by sexual intercourse.
5) Sex improves your heart health.
The calories that are burnt during sex also help our heart health. A study done in the New England Research Institute stated that men who have sex regularly have 45% less chances to develop cardiovascular diseases.
6) Sex offers pain relief.
If you get various kinds of aches, sex is a better way to handle them than pills. Arthritis specialist Dr. George Erlich discovered that his patients who had regular sex felt less pain than those who didnt.
7) Sex keeps a stable period cycle.
Instability in your period has a lot to do with stress, and that’s how sex can help you battle it.
8) Sex builds strong pelvic muscles.
And quads, back and core muscles! Stronger pelvic muscles will also lead you to have more intense orgasms.
9) Sex reduces the chances of getting cancer.
This works mostly for men, and it is about prostate cancer. Ejaculating at least 21 times per month makes yuo way more likely to develop from ths kind of cancer.
10) Sex makes you sleep well.
As a form of exercise, sex increases your heart rate, which aftterwards makes your body relax. Also, male ejaculation causes lethargy, which is why men are very sleepy after sex.
